Job Description : The selected NP / PA will provide coverage for 6 months or more, starting in January 2024, across four Urgent Care clinics.

The schedule comprises 12-hour shifts on weekdays and 9-hour shifts on weekends, with no on-call responsibilities. The role involves independent practice, catering to patients of all ages and genders, and performing standard outpatient clinic-based procedures.

The Epic EMR system supports efficient documentation, and the provider will work alongside a mix of RNs, LPNs, and MAs. Details : M-F (12-hour shifts) & S-S (9-hour shifts) - No call.

Must be available 13-15 shifts per month. 1.0 FTE - Canyon Road; 1.0 FTE Bonney Lake Setting : Urgent Care Duties : APP provider, Independent practice, all ages and genders.

Required Procedures : All standard outpatient clinic-based procedures EMR : Epic Support Staff : Mix of RN, LPN, MA Reason for Coverage : Open position coverage Deal breakers : New grads, lack of urgent care experience, lack of EMR experience, inability to manage independently high clinic volume Admissions per day, Patients / day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc.
