Marketing Coordinator (Practice Relations Coordinator)

JOB SUMMARY :
The core function of the Marketing Coordinator is to drive new patient acquisition for Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons(AOMS) a multi-doctor, multi-office oral surgery practice.
This position will report to and work in close conjunction with the practice administrator, doctors, regional director, teammates and director of marketing.
This position will play an important role in the development of local marketing strategy, the creation of streamlined marketing processes throughout the community and the development and nurturing of the relationships of our referring doctors and their teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, implement and monitor the AOMS Marketing plan while also creating new fresh ideas
- Work to successfully maintain existing referrer relationships while actively seeking out new referrer relationships. (conduct site visits, attend open houses, constant contact with referrers)
- Ability to locate and prioritize local / community event opportunities and coordination efforts
- Social Media planning, creating, maintaining and posting
- Website maintenance including SEO analysis
- Responsible for local level printed materials, i.e. appointment cards, referral pads, flyers, in office stationery requirements and promotional items
- Referral marketing coordination and assistance with any provider educational initiatives
- Coordinate and implement all practice sponsored events (internal / external)

- Relevant work experience combined with ambition, drive, and personality will be valued highly in this position regardless of college degree (Experience in dental or medical field is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with social media, professional relationship building, and event planning preferred
- Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional professional acumen
- Familiar with basic printing terms and procurement
- Ability to budget and prioritize
- Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to travel - primarily local
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS :
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time may be required.
- Set up and tear down of events may require the ability to lift up to 25lbs
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Baseline understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office suites including Teams and Outlook. Working knowledge of social media platforms.
