Weekly Pay Range - $1889 To $2098 Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Behavioral Health Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 19 : 00-07 : 00 Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum 1 year in an inpatient psychiatric setting License : Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications : BCLS Certification;
ACLS preferred Must-Have : Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program Job Description : Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors / managers, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in the discharge planning process.
