Job Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and courteous service in our 4 Diamond restaurant - Venetian Chop House
- Water tables, serve bread & butter and perform any task that is necessary to exceed guest expectations.
- Keep tables cleared and orderly throughout the guest experience, and reset for the next party of guests
- Assist guests with any additional needs
- Must have knowledge of food and drink items
- Able to work in high-stress areas while multitasking
- Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized
- Maintain a positive work environment at all times
- Strong communication
- Maintain and adhere to all company policies
Job Qualifications :
- Available during the night, weekends, and holidays
- You must be a team player
- Previous experience in an upscale dining atmosphere
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach for an extended period
- Strong communication skills are required
