Pay : $16.00 / hr
Schedule : Monday - Friday Available for a schedule between 7a 7p (8hr shift) Training 100% on-site for 2-4+ weeks
Job Description :
- Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and / or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Determine status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.
- May schedule field service repair calls
- Handle requests for additional company materials
- Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems
- Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required
Previous Experience / Requirements
- 1+ years in a healthcare call center environment
- Strong critical thinking skills, Time Management
- Collaboration and open communication in team environment with conflict resolution
- Work flexibility, Attention to detail, Strong technical skills
