We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Data Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for healthcare data, a strong background in medical terminology (including ICD and CPT codes), and excel in data manipulation, this role might be for you! Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze healthcare data and generate meaningful reports.
- Utilize Excel tools (VLOOKUPs, pivot charts) for data manipulation.
- Communicate areas of improvement effectively, both verbally and visually.
- Assist in developing quality reports that meet stakeholder specifications.
- Apply knowledge learned from previous assignments to new tasks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data.
- Strong medical terminology knowledge.
- Experience in qualitative research, statistical data analysis, and IQ report preparation preferred.
