Job Details

PLEASE NOTE : Only candidate located in California with extensive and recent insurance defense experience will be considered for this position.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed in CA
• 5+ years of solid insurance defense experience in personal injury, habitability, slip & fall, auto accident, traumatic brain injury, general liability and / or construction defect matters
• Ability to manage cases throughout all stages of litigation; reviewing and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial prep, and attendance at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial
• Consistent reporting to insurance carriers; timely billable time entries; interfacing with clients and opposing counsel
• Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
