Call Center Sales Associate -Hybrid (after 90 day probationary period)

Requirements :
Call Center Sales Associate Responsibilities include :
- Schedule reservations and appointments for qualified leads
- Respond to customer inquires via online chat and telephone
- Process customer payments
- Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate database of tenant information
- Provide industry-leading customer service on all interactions
- Protect any sensitive or private information such as payment information and personal details by maintaining 100% confidentiality.
- Perform other call center-related duties as assigned or required by the Call Center Manager
Call Center Sales Associate Qualification include :
- 1+ year call center experience
- 2+ years sales experience
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email
- Self-storage experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to work in a small team call center environment
- Must be able to work afternoon or evening shifts, including weekends
