Manager of Care Delivery - RN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Bronx, NY!
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery :
- Oversee a team of 4-5 nurses
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Shift : Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
Required Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery :
- Active NY Registered Nursing license
- Clinical experience
- Leadership experience
- 3 years of Homecare experience
