About The Position
- Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night, 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in NICU License : IL License required Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine required (No exemptions), Flu Vaccine status unknown Must-Have : Ability to work every other weekend and flexibility to float to different units Job Description : Full-time position requiring three shifts per week- Requires adherence to mandatory floating policy up to 50 miles if needed;
- refusal to float may result in cancellation- Responsible for providing high-level nursing care in a Neonatal Intensive Care environment- Must be able to float between different facilities with as little as two hours’ notice before a shift- Must submit a cover sheet, resume, primary source verification, and skills checklist upon application- Must be able to work every other weekend- Maximum of 5 days of requested time off, with no more than 2 consecutive days;
no time off allowed the day before or after a holiday or on weekends- Orientation period of 24 hours provided- Submission of proof of COVID-19 vaccination required one week prior to commencing employment- Acceptance as local requires living within 75 miles of the facilityPlease reach out with any questions or for additional details about this opportunity.
