Responsibilities :
Research and suggest travel options including flights accommodationand activities based on the clients preferences andbudget.
Book and confirm travelarrangements including flights accommodation transfers andactivities ensuring all details are accurate anduptodate.
Provide pretravelinformation including visa requirements travel advisories andhealth and safety information.
Assistclients with travelrelated issues such as flight delayscancellations and more
Provide ontripsupport including itinerary changes booking modifications andemergency assistance.
Ensure clientssatisfaction with their travel experience by following up aftertheir trip and addressing any issues orconcerns.

- 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in theU.S.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

- Indepth knowledgeof travel industry trends destinations andproducts.
- Proficiency in travelbooking systems and tools.
