Job Title : Salesforce Communications Cloud - Developer - Global Salesforce

The Salesforce Industries / Communication Cloud Developer is a key member of our Salesforce Industries Global practice in the US.

In addition to being responsible for developing high performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, the Senior Developer will provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, and assist in key functions involving client and staff development, training and on-going client support.

Focus would be on declarative solutions and understanding what is accomplished with out of the box functionality. The Technical Consultant has a get-up-and-go attitude with strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet with clients and senior analysts to gather business requirements.
  • Develop custom and out of the box solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud functionality (Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Industries CPQ and Order Management etc.)
  • Participate in the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment. Additionally, provide technical documents for reference / maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team for code review and unit testing.
  • Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation and application bug fixes.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of Salesforce Lightning Platform, preferably Communications Cloud including at least one of the following : Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, Industries CPQ, Order Management, Screen flows etc.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, or SOSL
  • A minimum of 3 years of year experience with web application development, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Working knowledge of development tools, including APEX Data loader or Workbench
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Comfortable working in Agile - user stories, features, story points, etc
  • Experience with Communications Cloud platform capabilities, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce.

com Lightning Web Components

  • Basic understanding of Health Cloud
  • Basic understanding of Government Cloud
  • Working knowledge of deployment process and tools
  • Working towards or actively hold the Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
  • Working towards or actively hold the Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $96,000-177,000.

For the Senior Consultant role, the base salary pay range is $110,000 - $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
