Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic Nashville team.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial litigation and finance law, with a proven success record.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, offering guidance on complex litigation issues, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and business torts.
  • Provide legal counsel on finance-related matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs.
  • Develop legal strategies for intricate business and finance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure top-quality representation.
  • Manage case files and maintain client communications throughout litigation and negotiation processes.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Tennessee Bar (or the ability to obtain admission promptly).
  • 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation and finance law.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, and financial regulations.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple high-priority cases with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in high-stakes litigation and complex financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory agencies and compliance issues.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment.
