As the Director of Operations for our client, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and achieving outstanding success.
Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing all operational functions, spearheading strategic initiatives, and bolstering growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Develop and implement plans for business growth in all sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Must have 5+ years of technical, maintenance and management experience
- Knowledge of the production, including equipment and safety.
- Proven experience in a senior operations role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
