About the Role : As a Team Leader, you'll mentor and guide a team of agents, drive team success, and contribute to our positive company culture.
We'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who do not have prior sales experience but have strong leadership qualities and a desire to grow within the insurance industry.
