Job Title MR Processor 1 Primary Function Entry level duties include : Distributes and collects incoming mail. Collects and processes outgoing mail.
Responsibilities include determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a mail room Run, close & add money to postage meter, Prepare overnight delivery packages, Perform Misc.
tasks as requested by leadership Preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports for invoicing Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Healthcare background preferred. Requires a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Mental / Visual concentration or Manual Dexterity Requires normal concentration Ability to learn quickly, simple movements Computer Operations PC literate Typing scores of 35 WPM and 10-key scores of 250 Ability to learn company software which includes but is not limited to Encounter Tracking (or its equivalent), Electronic Reference (or its equivalent), MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel Testing Requirements Typing 10-key Physical Work Environment Normal degree of physical effort in typical office environment with comfortable, constant temperatures and absence of objectionable elements May be subject to interruptions May be required to lift a maximum of 100 lbs Must meet the department’s quality and production standards for this job.
