Your Responsibilities Provide direction for engineering personnel and establish processes for the purpose of delivering quality products when the customer requires it in a safe and productive manner Investigate unit quality related issues and concerns related to product and processes, gather and analyze data, resolve and facilitate resolution and implements corrective action by applying Quality Tools, statistical techniques and other analysis methods Supervise, coach, train and provide work direction to Engineers and wage technicians to support performance management and career development activities Function as a member of the Business Unit Improvement Team (BUIT) to support the Business Unit Leader and other functional leaders to meet or exceed established objectives Visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Production Supervisor, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineering, Factory Automation, etc.) 3 or more years of experience investigating, analyzing and resolving various system, part, people or process issues to correct deficiencies, reduce costs and improve processes / performance 2 or more years of experience with standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and Root Cause Analysis, Control Plan Development, Corrective Action Request (CAR) 2 or more years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), torque tooling and mistake-proofing 2 or more years of experience with shop floor manufacturing (production employees), incentive pay systems and work measurement Demonstrated commitment to developing talent, formally or informally (interns, EDPs, mentorship, ERGs, etc.
