Bilingual Receptionist

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Non profit industry who is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to take over front desk duties.

This opportunity is located in the Mid City area of LA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay between $22-$23 / hr on a temp to hire basis.

Job Specification :

• Answering all phone calls for the office
• Greeting any guest / vistors of the office
• Ordering office supplies
• Making sure front office is clean and presentatble
• 2 plus years of Front Desk experience required for role
• Bilingual in Spanish required for role
• Experience coming from the Non profit industry prefered
