Your Role as a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) - Weekend Option :
As a Charge Nurse , you will play a critical role in providing nursing care to our residents during the weekends. Your expertise as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) will be essential in assessing, planning, and delivering care while ensuring that our residents' needs are met.
This is an ideal position for a nurse who is passionate about improving the quality of life for our residents and enjoys weekend scheduling.
What We Offer :
As a Charge Nurse in our weekend option program at Blossoms at West Dixon , you will have the opportunity to work on weekends with flexible shifts from 7 a.
m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, we are pleased to offer a generous Weekend Bonus for qualified candidates who choose to work during these shifts.

In this vital role as a Charge Nurse , you will be responsible for :
- Conducting resident assessments and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments

- Providing guidance and support to nursing staff
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role as a Charge Nurse , you should meet the following criteria :
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
