A day as a Quality Control Technician I (Monday - Thursday, 05 : 00 am to 03 : 30 pm) in Cirtec Medical
You will be responsible for assisting engineers in developing and maintaining quality
engineering methodologies and providing quality technical support within new product development,
manufacturing, and quality systems.
Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned :
Key areas of expertise are :
- Ensure compliance with company, quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with qualification and validation processes under Quality Engineer (QE) oversight.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to assess process capabilities and control processes.
- Handle various responsibilities, including Calibration Management, Environmental Monitoring Management, nonconforming material reporting, inspection record approval, CAPA process support, identifying areas of improvement, Gemba walks, and 5S activities.
Must-Have :
- High School diploma.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations (21CFR820, ISO 13485).
- Technical training and / or experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of basic inspection processes and measurement practices.
Good to have :
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with contract manufacturing is preferred.
