- As well, this center supplies a product to its own plants, and acts as a regional, internal distribution center.
- Our client needs an experienced distribution leader who can come in and transform this center.
- Improve ship to promise rate, and transform the operation across safety, LEAN, the P&L.
- Provide true leadership to the employees, to include the production manager.
- The C Suite has bigger plans for this center manager, and they are looking for someone to short term grow and improve the center, and longer term build the team and groom that production manager to take this seat, so that you can take on a bigger role within the organization.
