Job Description

The Technical Lead will be central in managing our technical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on development experience, team management, and technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology consulting, strong coding skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Management

Mentor and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Oversee code reviews (PRs) to maintain high standards of code quality, best practices, and adherence to established guidelines.

Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and problem-solving workshops to address technical challenges and drive innovation.

Support client engagements with technical expertise to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
