Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Scottsbluff, NE 69361 (Nebraska healthcare jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour rotating shifts; 4x10s schedule

Call : Every 4th-5th weekend on call and one weeknight per week on call

Start Date : September 22, 2025

End Date : December 22, 2025

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2200-$2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or compact state preferred)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR RN) experience

Experience in orthopedic and neurosurgical OR procedures required (Level 1 or Level 2 OR experience preferred)

BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Ability to participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations

Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including scrub and circulate roles

Assist with orthopedic and neurosurgical surgeries as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols

Respond promptly to emergency situations and participate in on-call rotations

Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures

Demonstrate high standards of nursing performance and professionalism
