We are on a mission to disrupt the car ownership experience and help people who rely on their vehicles everyday save time and money on one of their most expensive, time-consuming and high-maintenance assets.

We are looking for a curious and driven incoming graduate to join us as our People Analytics Associate. Our business is scaling rapidly, and our ever-growing community of Jerrians needs more support than ever.

This person will play a key role in driving our people operation initiatives by turning data into actionable insights to improve the Jerrian experience.

How you will make an impact :

Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources (ex. employee surveys, performance management systems, HRIS, etc.) to help our People Team make informed and strategic decisions.

Analyze employee feedback and performance reviews to assess overall satisfaction and discover areas of improvement.

Develop and visualize metrics to track effectiveness of our current People initiatives.

Collaborate with the People team, Talent Acquisition team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects.

Conduct and report competitive market analyses to compare Jerry’s organization practices with industry standards and competitors.

Preferred qualifications :

Master’s Degree in IO or Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, or Human Resources

Previous work experience in HR, data analytics preferred
