Responsibilities :
Meeting sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthly
Assists with daily store manager admin work
Assists with training new hire sales associates
Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Opening / closing business
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
Qualifications :
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Reporting to the Director of Sales, our District Sales Managers are responsible for monitoring, directing, evaluating and training all Corporate Sales Representatives (CoSR) within their districts. In addition, the District Sales Manager also evaluates performance CoSR performance standards, and marketing penetration for all Sales as requested by Corporate Marketing. District Sales Managers are also responsible for reviewing all system reports weekly, quickly consulting with CoSRs and making corrections needed to consistently achieve sales quotas for the District.They will aid and assist CoSRs in preparing proposals and presentations to prospects, select and recommend trade shows, test products and markets, recommend territory structure and realignment, and perform any special projects as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
