Job Description
- Join our team as a Laser Operator, where you will play a crucial role in producing medical products like biowearable sensors, wound care supplies, and diagnostic devices
- You will operate various machines, engage in cross-training, run cycles, inspect parts, conduct tests, package items, and document information both manually and digitally
- This role is vital in ensuring the high quality and efficacy of medical products that impact lives
Hard Skills
- 6+ months in manufacturing (machine operating, mechanical or medical assembly)
- Entry level with mechanical inclination
Soft Skills
- Openness to cross-training
- Consistent work history
Work Environment
Operate in a smaller team environment with varying team sizes per shift. Lab coats and hair nets are worn, though it is not a full clean room.
The environment is loud but allows for listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks with one earbud.
