Senior AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their founding AI team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop agentic workflows using LLMs for real-world task execution

Create customization layers for organization-specific logic and build AI pipelines

Implement multi-agent orchestration and monitor AI system infrastructure

Required Qualifications

5+ years of machine learning experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

2+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) such as Hugging Face or OpenAI

Experience in building and deploying production AI systems, including RAG and vector search

Expert-level experience with Rails, including REST APIs and PostgreSQL

Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
