General Function / Summary
The Senior Manager, Field Asset Protection is responsible for implementing and overseeing asset protection, safety, and operational audits to ensure these programs maintain a safe environment for customers and associates while meeting operational and compliance audit targets.
Essential Duties :
Manage overall internal investigations program to include conducting interviews, working with law enforcement, and maintaining cases within case management.
Develop tactical plans aligned with asset protection, safety, and business strategies to bring the vision into realization.
Perform store audits and use all available tools to review the overall safety, security, and operational efficiency of stores and ensure they are operating within established company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Partner with store and field leadership toassist associate understanding on how delivering on operational goals impacts the customer experience.
Train store associates on proper procedures and evaluate district-wide compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and operational processes.
Develop and present communicationsto district and regional leadership.
Respond and manage any crisis and / or hostile working environment situations.
Analyze data and reporting to identify operational related issues, root causes, and trends within the district and work with appropriate leadership to address and remediate findings.
Identify and provide appropriate action steps to address internal or external theft concerns; train, assist, and manage investigations, conduct interviews, and post prosecution.
Partner with field leadership to review store operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes for opportunities.
Work with CCTV, Case Management vendors to ensure continued data flows meet the needs for data analytics and proper KPI reporting output.
Execute people leader duties, such as performance management, timely completion of required training, ensure team metrics and associate career growth objectives are met.
Minimum Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+years of experience in a retail and / or Multi-Unit Loss Prevention
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, active listening, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and collaborate within all areas of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Investigation and interviewing certification (WZ, CFI) required
