Job Summary
Summary : Ensures that clubs are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensures all clubs in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
- Ensures high quality, well-presented food and beverages within established time frames to guests.
- Visits guest areas to assess satisfaction levels.
- Works closely with club attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
- Develops a positive rapport with guests.
- Follows ServSafe Food handler and Responsible Alcohol Service policies. Job training provided.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
