We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our creative strategy, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our target audience and aligns with our mission to provide outstanding home health care.
The Creative Director will oversee all creative projects and campaigns, both for our existing Bay Area / Sacramento operations and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that enhances our brand identity and supports our business goals.
- Lead the creative direction for all marketing and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Uphold and evolve our brand standards, ensuring all creative outputs reflect our values and mission.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of innovative marketing campaigns that engage and attract our target audiences.
- Work closely with leadership to integrate creative strategies into digital, print, and social media channels.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading creative projects and campaigns from inception to execution.
- Exceptional creative vision and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to navigating a rapidly growing and evolving environment.
