Director of Admissions and Marketing
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Referral Generation : High volume referral management, driving appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
- Strategic Marketing : Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
- Relationships : Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
- Territory Management : Strategically assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.
Prior Skilled Nursing Experience : Required in an admissions capacity.
Fluent in : PCC, Excel, Microsoft Word.
Excellent Customer Service Skills : Are a must.
Responsibilities include : Admission sign-ins, insurance verification, and insurance authorizations.
Reports to : Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing.
