Position
We are looking for a Konica Minolta Production Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Tucson, AZ area.
This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Tucson and surrounding areas.
Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
- 2-6 years minimum of relevant experience
- Must have experience with servicing and repairing Konica Minolta productional level
- Applicants with any advanced Konica Minolta certifications are required
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent customer service communication skills are essential
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical / electrical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A company car will be provided
