Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage schedules for crisis call, chat, and text staff to ensure optimal coverageMonitor real-time call volumes and agent availability, taking corrective actions as neededGenerate performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance service deliveryRequired Qualifications3+ years of Contact Center Workforce Management experience or related skills preferredHigh school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with SQL and Power-Bi is preferredExperience within social service, mental health, or crisis work settings preferredMust be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license
