We are looking for motivated, people-driven individuals who are trailblazers in the F&B industry. If your goal is to head a world-class culinary program including driving change, mentoring others, and provide innovative ideas and leadership, this is the opportunity for you.

During the Bench program, culinarians will be assigned to a commutable training kitchen and work alongside the Divisional and Campus Executive Chef to complete the onboarding and training experience over the course of 12 to 16 weeks.

From overseeing multi-unit kitchen operations and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment to leading and developing the team, you will learn the ins and outs of our organization and culture.

After completing training, relocation within assigned division will be required for placement opportunity. There may be some travel to support new and / or existing accounts prior to final placement.

Once the training program is complete, this Executive Chef will be required to relocate to another region in the United States once the 10 -to-12-week training is complete to focus on providing both trendy catering menu items and exciting retail menu options for our Higher Education campus clients.

You will create seasonal, on-trend, plant forward, locally sourced items for high profile catering events, everyday retail menu items, and for season specials.
