1. Position Title : Program Manager

2. Position Summary

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for DoD and Navy IT systems. This role serves as the primary liaison between government representatives and internal teams, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost alignment. Designated as Key Personnel, this position requires direct compliance with federal contract standards.

3. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage contract execution across technical, schedule, and cost domains

Serve as primary liaison with Government and Contracting Officer Representative (COR)

Provide administrative oversight of DoD contractual matters and corporate management

Ensure compliance with DoD / Navy IT standards and security protocols

Represent the Prime Contractor and maintain accountability for all deliverables

4. Minimum Qualification

Ten (10) years of professional management experience

At least five (5) years of experience in DoD or Navy IT systems

Proven experience in technical, schedule, and cost oversight

Required certification : IAM II or higher

Security clearance level : Tier 3 (T3)

Must be an employee of the Prime Contractor

5. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) in IT, Engineering, or Management

Experience managing large-scale federal IT programs

Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and compliance frameworks

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
