We’re looking to add an experienced Senior Public Accounting Auditor to our team in Pittsburgh, PA!

Primary duties include :
Prepare financial statements for clients
Audit accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research
Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes
Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards
Stay current on industry trends, and best accounting and audit practice
Ensure accuracy of financial information
Follow up on audit recommendations
Review work done by staff or interns on selected projects
Assist in the development of other staff and interns
Candidate must possess the following qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience at an experienced public accounting firm
CPA preferred
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with all Microsoft and Thomson Reuters applications
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
Ability to evaluate situations and modify behavior accordingly
Ability to multitask and prioritize, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships through all levels of the organization
Demonstrates ability to take initiative and exercise time management skills
Delegate to others to provide growth and learning opportunities
Ability to network, build positive relationships and develop business
