Job Description
- Support Project Managers by developing, maintaining, and supporting project schedules
- Generating reports, assisting with control activities, and responding to data requests
- Coordinating the communication with Project Managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates
- Assisting the Project Managers in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures
- Preparing status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Must have strong knowledge of Project Scheduling , Primavera P6and MS Office
- HS Diploma or GED Required; BA / BA Degree Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience creating and updating project schedules in Primavera P6
- Experience in Electric Utility Industry (Transmission Line / Substations) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
