KeyResponsibilities :

Scheduling : Coordinate andmanage appointments meetings and events for clients and internalteams. Ensure all parties are informed andprepared

Administrative Assistance : Providesupport with general administrative tasks including emailmanagement document preparation and officeorganization

Travel Bookings : Arrange travelitineraries including flights accommodations and transportation.Ensure bookings are accurate andcosteffective

Customer Service : Serve as a point ofcontact for client inquiries. Provide prompt and professionalresponses to customer questions andconcerns

Data Entry : Accurately input andmanage data related to client accounts travel arrangements andother businessoperations

Task Coordination : Assist withproject management tasks and support various business initiativesasneeded

Requirements :

Proven experience inadministrative support scheduling and customerservice

Excellent organizational andmultitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint) and other productivitytools

Strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal

Ability to work independently withminimal supervision

Reliable internet connection and adedicated workspace

Experience with travel bookingsystems is aplus
