Learning Program Manager

A company is looking for a Learning Program Manager to design engaging learning experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain engaging learning content in the LMS and for customer certifications

Scope, plan, and execute deliverables while managing timelines and quality

Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful content for webinars and customer events

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning theory

Hands-on experience creating SCORM files or equivalent eLearning content

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience designing and delivering live webinars using Zoom

Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and iMovie for content creation
