Are you dedicated to fostering mental health and emotional well-being in students? ProCare Therapy is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate School Psychologist to join a forward-thinking school district in Newberg, Oregon.

This role is designed for those committed to creating a supportive and transformative educational experience for young learners.

Your Role :

• School Year : 2024-2025
• Start Date : As soon as possible
• End Date : May 30th, 2025
• Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Caseload : K-12th Grade
• Evaluations : Approximately 70 evaluations per year, 30-35 per year

Key Responsibilities :

• In-Depth Assessments : Conduct thorough evaluations of students social and emotional development to guide their growth.
• Personalized Support : Provide counseling and support services to address academic, social, and personal challenges faced by students.
• Collaborative Approach : Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective strategies for student success.
• Effective Communication : Use exceptional organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with the school community.

Qualifications :

• Education : Masters Degree in Child Development, School Psychology, or a related field
• Certification : Active State Certification in School Psychology or Child Development
• Experience : Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
