medical or religious exceptions are accepted Job Description : - Work in a Telemetry unit with a nurse-patient ratio of 1 : 5-6.
- Responsible for monitoring patients with common diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, ESRD, Syncope, and Chronic Trach. - Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation.
- Required to float to Telemetry, Medical Surgical Units, and Observation as needed and within skill set. - Perform special procedures such as S / P TR-Band.
