We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering student interested in learning engineering principles used in manufacturing through a co-op with our New Product Introduction team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

This role is onsite, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May / June - December;
it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2024.
What You Will Do :
- Transition new products from development status to manufacturing ready.
- Collect and analyze test failure information for root causes and launch corrective actions.
- Launch new Industry 4.0 initiatives and automation.
- Operate test equipment.
What You Will Learn :
- Engineering principles applied to development and manufacturing.
- Product life cycle.
- Automated test equipment development.
Qualifications You Must Have :
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.
- Familiarity with Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators.
- Basic circuit theory.
Qualifications We Prefer :
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- PCB Design experience or willing to self-learn.
