Looking for your next big career move? We're looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Pennington, NJ! This role offers competitive compensation ( 21 / hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 12-month contract period is completed.
In this position, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients and branch office partners. You'll be the first point of contact for inquiries about banking, brokerage accounts, credit / debit cards, and small business accounts.
Shift Times :
Training Shift will be Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM for the first 5-7 weeks
Regular Shifts include :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Monday - Friday, 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Monday - Friday, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
Monday - Friday, 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM
Monday - Friday, 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 PM
Monday - Friday, 12 : 30 PM - 9 : 00 PM
Monday - Friday, 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 30 PM
Monday - Friday, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
The ability to navigate multiple systems and think critically.

Pay Details : 21.00 per hour
