Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement revenue cycle processes to ensure accurate documentation and processing of servicesLead and direct registration, admitting, and patient financial services functions and staffMonitor revenue cycle issues and coordinate resources to resolve them while identifying opportunities for improvementRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in finance, management, or a related field5-7 years of operational experience in physician practice managementStrong knowledge of financial processes and reportingProficiency in database and spreadsheet softwareCHAM Certification is preferred
