- Knowledge of IT company structures and positions;
- Logical and analytical thinking;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
Will be a plus :
- Sourcing courses;
- Experience of working with different recruitment platforms (both US-based and in Ukraine);
- Knowledge of different technologies that are used in development and understanding of their specifics;

Responsibilities :
- Sorcing new candidates for the technical and medical positions;
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Djinni);
- Coordinate with hiring manager to determine position requirements;
- Manage interview scheduling and feedback sharing;
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
