Financial Analyst
Position Overview : This role will report directly to the Strategic Finance Manager and is a highly visible and challenging position.
As an integral member of a dynamic and experienced operational team, the Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting key decision-makers.
What You’ll Do :
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and other financial schedules to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of multiple data sources, including claims, billing, financial, and invoicing data.
- Approach initiatives with a first-principles mindset, independently arriving at novel solutions.
- Support the Company through its next phase of growth by collaborating with creditors, equity providers, and management.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to clarify opportunity areas within the business.
- Manage multiple workstreams from initial request to delivery with a high degree of excellence and timeliness.
- Support the executive team in all matters.
- Prepare executive-level memos and summarizations of key initiatives with a zero-defect mindset.
- Work with regional leaders, physicians, and functional leads to maximize platform performance.

Relationships : The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Strategic Finance. This team-oriented, hands-on role involves significant interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
