Full Time Intake Coordinator
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the initial intake of new clients, including gathering and verifying information, scheduling appointments, and providing support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and verify client information, including name, address, phone number, insurance information, and other relevant data
- Schedule appointments with clients and providers
- Provide support to clients, including answering questions and providing guidance
- Maintain accurate records of client information
- Follow up with clients to ensure that their needs are being met
Qualifications :
