Sal Lupoli opened Sals Pizza in 1990 with his brother, Nick, in Salem, N.H. With a passion for hard work, the Lupoli brothers used fresh ingredients, prepared dough daily and established a reputation for the best quality, the largest pizza and the lowest pricetheir 19-inch, three-pound pizza, quickly became a legend and is the cornerstone of every Sals Pizza today!
Energy North Inc. is excited to become a part of this great tradition. We will be the first to offer Sals pizza within a C-Store concept, and we are very excited about the opportunity and partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Make HAND TOSSED pizza in the kitchen of assigned location.
- Help out in the kitchen where needed with food prep.
- Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items.
- Follow basic people essentials (e.g. uniforms, grooming and punctuality).
- Comply with ENIs policies and work rules, as well as, federal and state laws.
- Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and coworkers to ensure the most efficient operations in the stores.
- Complete all tasks in the department including making and rolling out dough; preparing pizza toppings, fillings, pizzas;
taking and preparing customer orders; and preparing packaging.
- Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements, practices and guidelines.
- Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible. Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed.
- Be willing to be cross trained in the C-Store environment
- Other duties assigned by manager
Requirements PREFERRED SKILLS :
- Hand stretching of pizza dough experience.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a pizza shop or other food service industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-past environment and produce quality products with speed and accuracy.
