Position Summary : We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver at Amada Senior Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the client's safety
Administer medication reminders
Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Follow care plans and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality care
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and transferring clients
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
