Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting base salary $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
Responsibilities :
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payment
- Contribute to the overall accounting function with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications :
- HS Diploma require, AS / BS degree preferred in accounting, finance or related filed
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software's
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience :
- Experience in reconciling bank statements and managing ledgers.
- Exposure to handling accounts payable and receivable.
